November 3, the five early voting sites, what is on the ballot, and where you actually go. Every fact on this page comes from the Nassau County Supervisor of Elections, and this page takes no sides, on purpose: who filed, what the county counted, and nothing else.

On election day
Election day is different: you vote only at your assigned precinct, 7 AM to 7 PM. Look yours up by house number with the county’s precinct locator, and check your sample ballot before you go. Sample ballots post about 30 days before each election.
Vote by mail
✦A mail ballot counts when the elections office has it by 7 PM on election day. A postmark is not enough.
✦Drop it at a secure ballot intake station: inside the elections office in Yulee (8 AM to 5 PM), inside the Fernandina Beach Historic Courthouse satellite office (8:30 AM to 5 PM), or inside any early voting site while early voting runs.
✦They are all indoors, and staffed. The drop box that used to sit outside the elections office is no longer in use, so there is nowhere to leave a ballot after hours. Stations are monitored by election workers and emptied at the close of each day.
✦Florida law does not allow intake stations at polling places on election day. That day, deliver it to the elections office instead.
✦Track your ballot at NassauFLVotes.com, the county’s ballot-status service.
On the November 3 ballot
What is still to be decided, from the Supervisor of Elections’ candidate dashboard and the Florida Division of Elections’ candidate file, both read October 2, 2026.
